Altharn - "God" in an ancient lost tongue.
Altharn is the world where Smithson's tales take place. It is a planet situated somewhere unknown amidst the "Endless Void" or "Universe" The world its ‘self is a host to a mystical force of magic that flows throughout the world's atmosphere. It is comprised of large landmasses and sprawling seas and settled by many diverse races of living beings.
All the people of Altharn's cultures are molded by the Gods that once walked the world, those of which mysteriously disappeared 4,282 years prior to the Realm Walker's arrival. These god-like beings became harborers of a different kind of magic to that of what naturally flows within the world, leaving many speculating why they truly disappeared and how. In the modern age of Altharn, the year
4AB 282 War is brewing as whispers of a particular God's return to the world sparks controversy.

Darogoth - the green haven of Uros
Darogoth is the southern landmass upon the continent of Uros and inhabited by a tall and broad shouldered race of humans who call themselves "Darogothians"
Darogoth is a provincially united kingdom with each province being ruled by a governer which in turn are overseered by the "High King" or "High Queen" Darogoth is also co-lead by the "Druidic Law" which has stemmed from Darogoth's history when the god Fanara gifted the green haven to the humans in their time of need and instructed that the druids must preserve and protect the land by any means necessary under her gratious will.
Glaen - The northern province, Glaen has seen much war and devastation in it's history and was always the frontlines of conflict in the god's age. It is a rocky and craggy land with a large presence of curling hills with a moderate number of forests.
At the northern border an open spot of land known as "Evercrag Pass" sits as the only safe passage into Venethar by land. It's capitol is Northus, which sits upon the River Bi.
Ard - The central province and main governing body of the kingdom. Ard is a mass of choking forests with little open space, the settlements in Ard mostly tie into the forests themselves. Ard is also home to Seer's Crossing, the main hub for the "Druidic Law" where druids learn, train, study and govern. Ard's capitol is Carsinia situated on the southern bay attop a great cliff.
Fen - The western province, known for it's sporadic marshes and large fishing industry, Fen directly borders The Glade. Most of Fen's settlements tend to swarm the expansive River Bi where food can be found aplenty. It's capitol is Vortighna, the largest port city in all of Darogoth. Most of Darogoth's trade with foreign nations outside of Uros is done by Vortighna. Making it a very wealthy province.
Dun - Unlike the rest of Darogoth's provinces, Dun was already home to a native mountain dwelling folk known as the Dunites and was it's own standalone country before Fanara gifted Darogoth to other humans, Dun stretched out further in those days bordering at the River Os. Dun was also the home of another god named Iskarien, a close ally of Fanara.
Over the years the Dunite's intergrated with the humans of Darogoth and eventually tied themselves in, becoming part of the kingdom. Dun is a mountainous land with very little greenery. It's capitol is Omock, which lie in a great valley near it's north eastern shores.
Trivia:
Darogoth was once sacred ground, where no living being was allowed to settle, untill refugees started pouring in from Osforth. Fanara, feeling pitty for these people, gave them the sacred land so long as they upheld it's natrual state.
The Spire of Old Wood in Glaen is the tallest peak in Darogoth, at it's summit sit three great statues of the three gods of Uros. Fanara, Iskarien and Vistra, commerorating where they sealed their pact of peace.
Iskarien's fingers in Dun is a ghostly place. Many sacrifices to Iskarien where performed here after she was bannished from Altharn in a feeble attempt to bring her back.
After the God's where taken from Altharn, Darogoth suffered a devastating civil war, almost erradicating the entirety of Dun's population.
The people of Darogoth have a clan based society which in turn effect their names. For example. Vocorix Fen-Drossi, is of the Drossi Clan, he was born in Fen. Each province has a distinguishable neck brace known as a "torc" that acts as a form of civilianship and identity throughout Darogoth. People are typically given their torcs as children at the age of five. There's also rare accounts of outsiders receiving torcs for great deeds in Darogoth's service.
